We are a husband and wife team living in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Brandon grew up in BG and has been around construction his whole life. He graduated from Greenwood High School then went to UofL and WKU to earn his degree in Civil Engineering. 

Tera grew up in Paducah and graduated from Lone Oak High School, then went to UofL to earn her degree in Business Management and Marketing. 

We were both living in Bowling Green when we met at a local sports bar, Double Dog’s, in 2012 while watching a Louisville football game, and the rest is history!

We designed and built our first home in 2014 and fell in love with the process. 

We decided to follow our passion and turn our talents into a business.  

We began Cardinal Construction Services, LLC in 2016 and 

expanded the company in February 2019 with a retail store ("the shop"). 

The shop evolved from just a retail store into a design studio, showroom, craft studio, and event space.  Unfortunately, just as we were catching our stride in Bowling Green, the Covid-19 pandemic forced us to close our doors to the shop and move business back home.  It was a blessing in disguise as we now operate out of our personal home, Dogwood Manor, which is our favorite place to be... as home should be! 

 We started the business as home builders and have grown it into a lifestyle brand.

In May 2021, Brandon left his "regular job" to join the Cardinal team full-time!  We are expanding our services to include renovations and are excited about the opportunity to grow our business further.  We are looking forward to many years of building beautiful, 

quality homes in and around Bowling Green, KY.
